PHUKET : The National Anti-Corruption Commission has been asked to investigate the alleged involvement of a former Phuket deputy governor and a former interior permanent secretary over unlawful land acquisition on the island.
Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) secretary-general Dusadee Arayuwuthi yesterday revealed the agency had already forwarded initial findings of the probe into the two senior officials.
It wants to investigate alleged illegal land occupation and how title deeds of the land were able to be issued.
